Retail Gold Technical Support* This offering provides the advanced level of technical phone support you need for your new Point of Sale (POS) and manager workstation solutions. With direct access to industry-certified technicians that are trained in the retail environment, this service helps you speed the resolution of technical issues. Dell also provides a Retail Help Desk service for Retailers who do not have level one support or would like to outsource their calls.
Same Day On-Site Service* This service helps you get your system back up and running in a short period of time so that there is minimum disruption to your business. A Dell-trained technician will arrive on-site within 4 hours after the problem is identified, replace the part/unit and restore your system to operation in a timely manner.
Next Business Day On-Site Service This service places a Dell-trained technician at your location the following business day, if necessary. Following phone-based troubleshooting with your help desk, Dell's Technical Support team can dispatch the correct parts/unit and service technician the next business day.

Dell Systems with 4GB of memory may show less memory in Microsoft Windows. Windows Vista® automatically allocates a certain amount of memory for system use. The amount varies depending on the devices that are installed on the computer but is at least 1 MB and can be as such as 1 GB. Only the unallocated memory is reported by Vista.
